Diane Brown is an artist residing in Aledo, Texas. She was born in Ellsworth, Kansas, and raised in the Denver metropolitan area. Diane has always had a driving interest in art in general and drawing and watercolor painting specifically. She attended Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas on an art scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Art.
Diane has drawn and painted since she was old enough to hold a pencil, and has honed her skills through instruction and practice for over fifty years. Her work can be viewed on her website ruralgirlgraphics.com. Many of her pieces are in private collections all over the country. Diane has illustrated five children’s books and is working currently on several stories of her own. The books she has illustrated are published by 4RV Publishing.
